This project, developed in Mamurbaba, one of the most airy and elegant areas of Çeşme, with the flat-in-return method, consists of eight different mansions with Miami architectural style influences. Each of the mansions, located on independent plots, has its own swimming pools. These special designs, offering comfortable and spacious living spaces, were offered for sale on a turnkey basis and created a project that made a name for itself in Çeşme at the time.
