Pixel Houses designed for KA Project in Izmir offer modern and comfortable living spaces. Despite being in a limited area, we aimed to break the monotony and increase comfort by considering local climate factors in the design.

The building design allows the entrance of winds and air movement from the north to provide natural ventilation and light to each floor. The corridors located on the north-south axis are equipped with openings on both sides and in the middle. Each floor is designed differently from the others in order to offer a different experience and break the monotony. There are stores on the ground floor and four different types of apartments on the upper floors.
